Offered By Our Brokerage Sellers Clients.
1. Cooperating Agents Compensations are negotiable and should always be directly negotiated between agents and the consumers they represent.
2. Offers of agent's compensations are no longer an option on an MLS.
3. At their own discretion Our Sellers Clients can offer Cooperating Agents Compensations off-MLS through negotiation and consultation with real estate professionals.
Also sellers can offer buyer concessions on an MLS (for example, concessions that can be used for buyer closing costs).
